Only Ads (onlyads.co.za) is a South African online classifieds platform that lets users post and browse ads. We are not a party to transactions between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Only Ads account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, the security of your credentials, and everything posted under your account.
4. Listings and conduct
By posting on Only Ads you agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments and boosts
Paid features (boosts, business plans) are processed via PayFast. Boosts are non-refundable once activated except where required by South African law.
6. Disclaimers
Only Ads is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete a transaction.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only Ads is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of Only Ads means you accept the updated terms.
