How do I post an ad?
Head to Post an Ad, sign in or create an account, complete onboarding (name, SA phone verification, location) and fill in your listing details.
How do I edit or delete my ad?
Open My Listings and use the edit or delete action on any ad you own.
Boosting & payments
How does boosting work?
Pick a listing from My Listings, choose a boost tier and pay via PayFast. Your ad is promoted immediately for the tier's duration.
My payment didn't go through
Payments show as "Pending" for up to 10 minutes while PayFast confirms. If it doesn't clear, use the Retry action on your Billing page.
Account & verification
How do I verify my account?
Complete Verification to add an ID or business proof — verified accounts get a badge and higher trust from buyers.
How do I change my email or phone?
Update contact details from your Profile Settings.
